20MnG High Pressure Seamless Boiler Pipe

20MnG boiler steel pipe is a high-quality carbon structural steel with the characteristics of high manganese and low carbon permeability steel. The manganese content of this steel pipe is between 0.70% and 1.00%, so its strength, plasticity, machinability and hardenability are all slightly higher than 15 steel. During the carburizing and quenching process, fewer soft spots are formed on the surface, so that the 20MnG high-pressure boiler steel pipe can obtain comprehensive properties of surface wear resistance and good core toughness after carburizing and carbonitriding treatment. In addition, the toughness of this steel pipe will be better after hot rolling or normalizing treatment.
20MnG seamless steel pipe can be used to manufacture various pipelines, thermal equipment, machinery industry, petroleum geological exploration, containers, chemical industry and special purposes. They come in a wide range of sizes, from small diameter capillary tubes to large diameter tubes.
